Yin Yoga Teacher Training, Rishikesh
Quick Overview
Yin Yoga is the still counterpart to the more active practices of Hatha, Vinyasa and Ashtanga. Postures are held for three to seven minutes, allowing the connective tissues — fascia, ligaments and joints — to slowly release.
In this 14-day Rishikesh immersion you will learn the Yin tradition as taught by Paul Grilley and Sarah Powers, alongside its roots in Taoist meridian theory and Buddhist mindfulness.
You will leave with a complete teaching toolkit: how to sequence a Yin class, how to offer mindful adjustments, and how to hold the silent space that Yin teaching requires.
