Quick Overview
Our 100-Hour Hatha Ashtanga Vinyasa Course is a focused, 12-day foundation programme set on the banks of the Holy Ganga in Rishikesh. It is designed for students who want to deepen their personal practice and lay an honest foundation for future teacher training.
You will learn the traditional Hatha postures, the Ashtanga Vinyasa Primary Series with its breath-led vinyasa count, the essentials of pranayama and meditation, and the philosophical roots of yoga as taught in Patanjali’s Yoga Sutras.
On completion, the 100-Hour can be credited toward our 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training, allowing you to continue your study at your own rhythm.
