Born at the sacred meeting of the Alaknanda and Bhagirathi, Acharya Mandeep has walked the path of Sanskrit study, gurukul living, and daily sadhana since 2003. He teaches pranayama, meditation, mantra and yogic philosophy with the quiet authority of a life lived in devotion.

Praveen Rajput is a yoga teacher from Rishikesh with over 12 years of experience in traditional yogic practices. Born and brought up here, he carries a deep connection with the authentic roots of yoga and its spiritual essence — guiding seekers toward a healthier, more conscious life.
