The 300-Hour Yoga Teacher Training is a deepening — a return to the inner work after the 200-Hour foundation. Designed for sincere practitioners ready to refine their teaching and their practice, this advanced course extends asana, pranayama, philosophy and therapeutic skills.
Set in Rishikesh on the banks of the Ganga, the programme weaves together study, sadhana, satsang and silence. You will learn to teach with greater nuance, sequence with greater intelligence, and hold space for students with humility.
Graduates emerge as RYT-500 eligible teachers — equipped with the lineage, lived practice, and inner clarity to share yoga as a living tradition rather than a workout.
