Pregnancy and the early postpartum window ask much of a body, a mind, and a heart. Yoga, taught skilfully, can be one of the kindest companions through this passage.
In this 14-day Rishikesh immersion you will study trimester-by-trimester sequencing, contraindicated postures, breath practices for labour and recovery, and the emotional landscape of motherhood.
You will leave equipped to teach group pre-natal classes, lead one-on-one sessions, and support new mothers in the often-overlooked fourth trimester.
