Short Meditation Course, Rishikesh
Quick Overview
Yoga, in the end, is meditation. The asana and the breathwork are preparation; the steady, quiet gaze inward is the practice itself.
This 7-day course in Rishikesh distils the meditation traditions of India — trataka, mantra japa, vipassana and self-inquiry — into a structured immersion suitable for both new and experienced practitioners.
Days are spent in alternating cycles of sitting, walking, gentle Hatha, and noble silence. You will leave with a meditation practice you can sustain for the rest of your life.
